The purpose of this study is to understand the change process that occurs for developmental math education in Hispanic-serving community colleges (HSCCs). The proposed study is uniquely positioned to advance new knowledge regarding developmental math education, which may inform local, state, and federal developmental math policies, policy-makers, program administrators, and institutional leaders. The RRG employs qualitative methods to answer the following research question: How do key stakeholders at HSCCs change their developmental math education efforts?
